Hello! I am Jara, a nervous and insecure Podenco looking for a patient and understanding family. At first, I find it hard to trust people, but slowly, I have improved my relationship with those I already know and trust. At Can Gossos, I found my best friend (his name is Ulises, and his friends call him Uli), and I feel very safe by his side. But there are so many dogs in the shelter that the constant movement sometimes makes me nervous and I end up on a high stress level. My insecurities make me stay alert when dogs or people pass by. Despite my fear, I walk well on a leash and am making progress on my path to calmness. I am very proud of all that I have achieved so far. If you have the time and patience to help me gain confidence, you could become my new Ulises, and together we can explore the world. I promise to be the most loyal companion you can wish for!
